Gosh..it is like 6 more hours and i got to wake up and go to church. :P Anyways, i went out with Amanda, Charmaine, Yung Hwui, Gen, Wang Qiong, Yiwei, Huijuan and Jianhao for lunch at New York New York a resturant at Citylink Mall.. The food was really good..it was yummylicious. All of us shared the food and ate till we were really full. We exchanged presents and gave wq her bdae gift. Thanks Charmaine for the cup and the coaster..Yiwei for the body shop shower gel, Wq for the tiara and Huijuan for the bracelet. Hehe.
After the meal, we walked to Marina Sq and we separated from there..i went with wq, yiwei, huijuan and we walked around Marina sq. Bought a hairband with Wq..we both have the same hairband..hahaz. We left for the mrt station later on and i went to meet Roro at Dobhy. Went to Daiso and i bought this heart shaped mould..ahha..shall make pancakes in that mould. :P Walked to Heeren and had dinner at the Village with Pearline and Geraldine. The food is exactly the same as Marche..the prices too apparently. Ate till we were full. So again after eating, we walk to Orchard area and then back to PS. haha. We really did alot of walking and seriously, my feet were starting to hurt..i wonder is it due to the heels. Lolz. Settled at Cafe cartel for some drinks and bought cheesecake for Pearline to celebrate her bdae. Had fun just laughing and talking. By the time we left, it was 11.15pm and as we still had time, we took pictures right at the centre of the mrt control that area. Haha. Shall let the pictures do the talkin.
My eyes are like drooping already. OMG its 2.09am now..better go sleep soon if not tml no energy to countdown. Hehe. Before i leave, here are some new year resolutions i thought of:
1. Dye my hair
2. Learn Driving
3. Go to USA
4. Be a good nurse
I'll shall add more when i think abt it. Lolz. Btw here's a pic of the school again..

Yippee.i can finally blog..looks like the blogging system is back. Today was my last day at OT and boy..i really felt rather sick after watching one of the operation. It was seriously something i have never thought it will be like. Yes..there was quite alot of bleeding My legs just felt numb while watching it plus the temp in the OR is just COLD! The scrub dress is like so thin? I have been freezing in there for the past 3 days. Anyhows throughout my 4 days there i saw orthopedic cases like total knee replacement, total hip replacement. I got to see the human bone up close and how the skin is like once it is being cut. Really an eye opener for me. But the thing i cant stand is when i am in the room, is the smellll! The smell of burnt tissue is just terrible..it is like barbequed meat or something. Seriously. The nurses there are nice though. If u dont know anything, can ask them and they will tell you. I have really learned alot. I also met alot of nice guy and gals who were on the same attachment as me for the Emergency and this OT posting.. :P Oh..there was a neurosurgery yesterday but sadly i didnt get to see it. All i saw was the the patient was lying face down, her shaved head exposed. What a waste eh..one of my friend saw the whole thing though cause she was posted to that OR. Haiz.
Okies gtg now and New year is coming soooo soon! 2006 really pass by in a flash. Shall update sooon..tata. God Bless!

Yesterday:
Met up with Roanna, Sonia and Yang and she brought along this very cute boy.haha. . Geraldine met us at the mrt station and she left soon after cause she had a party to go to. So we went to had lunch after that at Sakae..talked and exchanged presents. Roanna had to go to her church event so she left 1st while the 3 of us walked around Paragon and Taka. Yang bf came later on and they went on their way..i walked with Sonia to Centrepoint and saw the GAP store. Boy, the stuff there are really ex!! Anyways she left sooon after to go someplace and i went to PS. Concidentally, my sis and mom was there too so i met them for awhile then met Pearline who was on her way to church and passed her all the presents. U know..It really has been a long time since we alllll last went out..The last outing where all the 6 of us can make it was on the 2005, 31st dec.
Hahaz. Wells i do hope that we all will meet on the 30th for dinner. Yepx. *crosses my fingers*
Anyhows i met up with Shalini later at Compass point and we walked around there waiting for Carynn. She came sooon after and we bought dinner and went over to her place to eat. Intially it was a 5a2 gathering but most of them cant make it..so its only the 3 of us. Haha. We didnt do much..just talked, watch trailers and had alcohol..hahaha. I mixed abit of red bull, barcadi lime, pineapple, orange juice and vodka and it actually tastes pretty good. Haha. I didnt get drunk btw..i wont get drunk..never ever. :P Carynn and I was also saying that after we graduate we will want to go to the US to look for sha..and i am determined to make that happen. So i got to start saving money now!! Going to the US has been my dream and i shall make it happen before starting my 3 yr bond with TTSH.

Just got back not long ago from lunch at Jack's Place with my family after church service at Indoor. I really like the opening dance by the youths. Nice! And the sermon preached by Pastor Prince today was good too..but the thing is...the lights were abit dim and the aircon was at a very nice temp that i really wanted to fall asleep. Lolz. But thankfully i managed to keep my eyes open to the very end.
Okies..before i sign out...i would like to wish u all a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

So ED attachment is over. I think i am going to miss it somehow. The staff nurses there are so nice and so are the doctors..i find that they are like one big family..doctors and nurses really working hand in hand. This is the kind of environment i like to work in. Anyways i was being posted to Resuscitation today and it was pretty exciting. There was one point of time, where over the PA system this person announce, asking the resus ppl to standby one case and i tell u..its like a scene in grey's anatomy or ER where the ambulance comes bringing in the pt and the doctor, nurse is there outside the resus room to bring the pt in..haha. Of course that case i saw wasnt a trauma case. It was more of a heart problem but the doctors, nurses, us(student nurse), radiographers were involved. Everyone was crowding over the pt. I did see one trauma case today though, i feel sad for the girl. Shant say much later i will be infringing the confidentiality. Haha. Btw, i saw a cute doctor and a cute radiographer..haha. Eye candy for me. :P Nxt week i will be in Operating Theatre. Amanda says there are some tall and handsome surgeons..i shall see..haha. Overall..i learned alot through this ED posting, saw cases that were really interesting. ED is like the second place to see the pt before sending to the ward/OT/ICU. I have to say i enjoyed myself and made new friends. I gtg now...probably i will lie down and rest..super tired today. Tml i will be meeting roanna they all and then carynn they all..yay..shall update then..God Bless!!
P.S: I took some pics of the school..i saw tables and chairs are being placed outside the hall?? so i guess the school is getting ready to move back in.
And here's a new addition to my skating collection. A Bratz Ice champion doll!!..Thanks sha for getting it for me. I dont think Singapore is selling it yet. Hehe.

ED attachment is okay so far... my 2nd day there. The nurses there are pretty friendly and i saw cases that i dont normally get to see in the ward and learned quite alot of new things. Made some new friends too from the the other groups cause apparently, the coordinator separated me from my classmates. So..they are now in OT while i am in ED and next week we swap places. Haha. Wells..i cant wait for this Sat cause i will be meeting Roanna, Sonia, Pearline and Yang. Then in the evening, it is meeting with 5A2 gals. This reminds me..i have not even bought a present yet!!! Gosh. Better get it asap. Haha..okies i gtg now to research on this CPP thing for my lecturer tml so God Bless!

Celebrated Amanda's bdae yesterday with Gen, Charmaine and Yung Hwui at her house..i have to say we really did give her a surprise. She totally didnt expect it. Haha..her mom was shocked too. Thats funny. We bought her hazelnut logcake..her fav and i have to say that it is really nice.
I'm going IKEA Tampines later..i wonder how big it is and hopefully there wont be toooo many people. Yepx. I shall go and have some cookies with milk before i go so tata..God Bless!

2 weeks of attachment is almost over..i have 2 more weeks to go. ED and OT..i seriously wonder how it would be like and the thing is, i am being separated from my classmates and posted into another grp. Haiz. Anyways right now i wanna do alot of things!! I want to go shopping, watch movies but my sat seems not enough to do these things! Oh i also want to try online shopping but dont really have the guts to do it. Lolz. I am such a joke. Well the shipping cost is really expensive. By the way..White sands has so many new stores now..they even have Ben and Jerrys'. Cool. Just went there today u see..my cousins they all left for israel for their hols/bible trail and i am left in charge to take care of their cats. I am the only one who is able to care for them when my aunt is away. Haha. Plus i have been taking cabs to and fro and it made me feel like learning to drive. Liza, Carynn, Diney are all learning and Pearline already has her licence. Haiz. My dad is also urging me to get my PDL asap..arrghh..where do i have the time?? I wish i do. I shall just stop rumbling..my eyes are going to close now so God Bless!!

I am back to updating..so 5 days of attachment has went by and i have to say that i learned alot of things. Now..i'm learning what the staff nurses are doing like passing report, writing the report. We each have to pass 2 cases every day! Kinda nerve wrecking. Nxt wk i will only be left with 3 days there so i am pretty glad. Haha. But afterwards it will be attachment at the emergency dept and operating theatre..i wonder whether are there any Mc dreamy there. Lolz. I think too much. I really miss greys..havent dwled the new episode cause i was just too tired and before i close my eyes to sleep, i have to write my reflections. Yepx.
Btw is vivi back yet?? She shld be right? Vivi lim if u read this, call me!! Haha. Shalini is coming back soon..yay. Anyways i am in need of retail therapy..more clothes and shoes please. Ok lah..shall stop here..God bless and till i write again..Smuacks.

Just got back not too long ago..yepx it is 1.19am now. Haha. Waited for my sis at swissotel where the cambridge dinner is held. My sis wore a purple dress and i also saw alot of gals dressed beautifully which made me remember the time we had cambridge dinner at pan pacific. Those were the days. U know, I'm still waiting for the day i can go for a makeover and wear a nice dress. Haha. I shall keep that in mind and just dream about it sooon. Lolz. Okies gtg now..time to sleep so God Bless!!
