After church..family and i went to JB Jusco. Had Manhanttan Fish Market..yummy followed by some tea at Secret Recipe. Bought a Secret Recipe Chocolate Banana Cake yesterday for RM 65. Super cheap! :p

I'm back to blog..its my dad's birthday today and celebrated with him with the yummiest cake from Polar. Haaha.
Was in charge of observation room again today and i really thank God for my collegues who really helped me. Plus today i passed report to the boss of our ED dept. It can be pretty stressful u know. But i did it anyway and it was pretty much a relief afterwards.
Just so u know ED has been really packed these few weeks i seriously wonder why suddenly there are just an over influx of patients. More patients= Irritated patients/relatives esp those who are waiting to be warded. Gosh.
Oh yes..i am also nicknamed donut girl by my collegues and nursing manager. -_- seems like i carry this nick with me everywhere i go. So funny.
And another funny thing Today was that this patient who was admitted yesterday came down to the observation room saying that he lost his ipod earpiece...he then saw me and was like eh u are still here? U seem to work 24/7 ah blah blah. Talked for awhile and he left.. My male collegues who was with me at that time started saying Sarah i think he came down to look for u lah..looking for his earpiece was just an excuse. Bahaha. That really made me laugh.
But i guess its all these lil funny incidents/jokes make working much more fun.
I guess beneath all that stress ED has put on me..i am enjoying my work and being in ED is really God's grace i strongly believe.
Kayes i am so going to bed now..damn tired.
Meeting my guy tml after wrk too..havent seen him for almost a week..miss him already and also meeting my cousins for family gathering too. :)

I just woke up..it has been such a long time since i ever woke up at 1pm in the afternoon. Oh wells more of that within the next 3 days cause i am doing my 2nd round of night duty!! As tiring as it is i have to do it..but the good thing is i will earn much more. Bahaha..so money face. :P
Anyways yesterday was my off day and i spend it with Roanna. I went over to Ngee Ann Poly to have lunch there with Geraldine and Roanna. Boy..do i miss poly life and i miss all of u guys ok..Amanda..Yung Hwui..Gen..Joanna..Jianhao..Jihan..Christina..Yuening..Wang Qiong..Yiwei..!!
Charmaine i get to see her every once in a while so its ok but the rest...not much. Everyone is busy with worklife..building careers. But no matter what all of u will always be my good friends.
Moving on..ro and i went over to Bugis for some window shopping. I bought a shoe cause the shoe i was wearing gave me a huge blister at the side of my toe. arrgh. Hate blisters. Ooo..the best part abt yesterday was that we had ice cream at Swensens and it was a one for one deal. So good right? Its up till 12 Nov.. :) U guys shld go for it cause it is worth it. Haha.

K..i am hungry already so i shall go find some food to eat before leaving the house. Updates after my night..

I miss u...

Took MC today..cant take it anymore.
Yesterday i was in charge with Adele and goodness it was a madhouse in observation room. O1 me and adele ..O2 minnie.. O3 prax but she is on MC..thus left 3 staff nurses in obs room. Like i said obs room was crazy and it was sooo packed we had no choice to open decon which is another observation room where pts get lodged there and get clerked. Soo good right..in the end only left me and adele plus shaz my assistant nurse, one student plus agency nurses who doesnt really stay in obs room long cause they help send pts up etc. How lovely. I tell u ...The amt of pts is totally overwhelming for us to handle. Not to mention super irritating relatives who demand this and that for eg one even 'shouted' at adele say we are not fast enough to send her mom up to the ward blah blah. .and ttsh has a bad system and we are not effective enough. Damn demanding can like her mom is the one and only one in the whole obs room. So pissed off ok. HELLO we only have one nurse doing the admission with one pair of hands and there are like 5-7 patients also waiting to go up to the ward?? Cant they jolly well see that we have so much to handle already??? I shld jus let them try being in our position. Arrgh. Then another one over the phone demanded that we get porridge for her son who was waiting for the bed. We told her that kitchen is already closed and they dont have any more stock for porridge and goodness..the lady was so not understanding and demanded that we have to get the porridge for her son and bread and milo is not good enough. Come on! If she wants her son to have better food she shld jus come and buy it herself..SUPER PISSSSSED. She even had a lil argument with my nurse manager and my nurse manager also got quite pissed and gave the lady the public relations number to complain all she want.
Got quite stressed yesterday too that i nearly burst into tears..plus the fact that one of my pt suddenly became drowsy and it was kinda my fault for not calling the doctor early to see her. She had to be brought into resuscitation room by a senior doctor. Haiz
Adele also couldnt go for break until 8 plus cause not enough staff. I felt so bad. Gooooodness What a day yesterday!! Plus With the flu still not gone yet i worked till i was so giddy.
Today taking MC was the best i could do to really jus rest.
Tml i will be in charge again and i really pray it will be much better. This whole week ED is sooo busy. Why is everyone choosing ttsh and then complaining abt how lousy the system is..the long waiting time. -_-'' Go to a private hosp lah if u want FAST SERVICE.
Gosh feel so much better after ranting..never seen Sarah so pissed off and damn stressed before right? Now u do. :P
Wells..Seeing kevin dear would also be the best way for me to relieve all the unhappiness the stress i am feeling. Wishing he was with me now.

Oh yea..another surprise i got was a blast from the past..apparently he went up to Joanna and asked for my number cause he deleted it away. 'Give me good news' he says to Joanna before he left.
???!!! I wonder why he wants my number again.. -_-'''''
Anyways thanks jo for asking me 1st whether i can give him my number. U are really a great friend. If u are reading this..i miss u alot more than ur yoghurt ok. :p
